Season 2 of The X-Files includes classic goodies like "The Host", which features a giant flukeworm and explores Scully's abduction in "Ascension" and "One Breath"... This season easily deserves 5 stars!

Hopefuly you see this because I can't leave comments, I can only write a review. I seem to have the same problem with Disc 6 missing the 25th episode "Anazasi" from season two. I checked my season 4 disc and they're fine though. I bought the sets a few months a ago and have now only finished the second season. It's not like I'm gonna watch 'em all in one sitting? Because I purchased them a few months ago, I cannot return it to the store. So I looked online and came upon the Foxdrop Email address. Not sure if it was still active, I dropped them an Email. This is exactly what I wrote:To FoxDrop (FoxDrop@4icc.com)February 6, 2008Subject: X-Files Season 2 missing episode 25 "Anasazi" on Disc 6.----A few months ago I bought the slim sets of the complete seasons of the X-files. I went to watch disc six of season two today and realised the 25th episode titled "Anasazi" was missing. Because I bought the sets a few months ago I cannot return it to the store they were purchased at. I searched online and found that everywhere said to email this address for a replacement disc. Hopefully this address is still active, because I couldn't find any contact information on the fox website. I would give out my information but I want to make sure this is still an active address. Any response on how to fix my problem would be very helpful. Thanks.---To my surprise, I got this Email the next morning. X-Files Season 4, Disc 1 - "Planet of the Apes"? (2008-01-22)

I loaded my Season 4, Disc 1 and found it is not what is labeled - I got the recent remake of "Planet of the Apes"! I contacted FoxDrop and they're telling me because it has been years since I purchased the seasonal box set (did they expect me to sit and watch every episode after having just bought the box?), they are not willing to replace it. I have escalated and am being told that my request is going to the corporate office. Will keep you posted!Regards, Tony.UPDATE: Feb 2 FoxDrop is refusing to replace the DVD and refusing to allow me to contact the Corporate office or a supervisor. I am aggravated and frustrated with the circumstances. It probably doesn't cost them much to ship out one simple DVD as a replacement for a production mistake, but they continue to refuse doing so.

The Episode 25 is missing from Australian release too :( (2007-11-12)

I bought all the 9 seasons of "The X Files", the slim pack set from Australian stores , half from Video Ezy and half from BigW. To my dismay I found that disc 7 is missing from the season two pack which means I miss out on the season final 25th Episode "Anasazi" :( . Does nayone know how to contact Fox Interactive in Australia so that I can get my missing 25th Episode ? If you know the contact adress/email/phone numbers please post it below. In the meantime, Australian buyers, please be aware while buying the second season and see if it is missing the 25th Episode or not.Partha

Fixed (2006-04-20)

I ordered mine on Amazon on April 10, 2006, and it included Anasazi (Episode 25). So hopefully all the box sets are fixed.
