Misled by Amazon.ca (2005-12-16)

I ordered this item when it first became available on Amazon.ca. It was listed at $69.99 and I figured that even though it might take a little bit longer that to save the $10 it would be worth it. The only problem was that my XBox Live sub was about to run out. No worries, I thought. I'll just go to month by month billing for a month or so. It's only a couple of extra bucks a month and I'll still save money when my order arrives. Early December rolls around and I receive an email from Amazon.ca telling me that the item is not in stock and that my order is cancelled.

I get the feeling that they screwed up on their pricing of their XBox 360 items and have cancelled all their orders to keep from having to fulfill them. Very disappointing and I think it will cost them customers in the long run...I'll look elsewhere and only use Amazon.ca if there's nothing else available.
