Great fun for what it is (2003-09-30)

this game is like a synthesis of Ghost recon and Medal of honor. the downside is the invincible nazi superman AI.. it's a half-finished product.
Great Value Action / Shooter Sim (2003-07-09)

This is an older title, that is now very affordable and well worth the money.Similar to may other games around at the moment, including the hugely popular Medal of Honor - you control a special unit of soldiers through around 12 or so levels across Europe during the latter part of WWII.An array of weapons, tasks and specialities are available to you as you equip up to 4 team members (picked from a choice of 12 for each mission)on each level, which progressively get harder and require more task solving. The "Easy" level is actually not that easy, and where the game scores, I feel is in believability (one head shot kills, for example). The only aspect of the game I found annoying was the inability to pre select tasks for the group members you don't control. As you can only carry out the actions of one member at a time, switching between characters is a little frustrating, and those not under your control tend to act of their own accord during the mission, if they are in the midst of the action. Hidden & Dangerous was better from the point of view of being able to "send" other team members to specific areas, whilst you carried on with one, but this is still very enjoyable.Fans of this type of game will certainly feel that it is money well spent, and the game does keep your attention for many mnay hours (as long as you don't cheat). Definite two thumbs up!
Choppy-But Good (2003-06-13)

If you like Medal of Honnor, but don't want to give them all your money, then get Deadly Dozen. Deadly Dozen is very similar; it's just as fun, and cheaper. They only problem I found was that it was very choppy, especially during times when I was getting in and out of vehicles. If your system isn't very good, (at least Windows 98, 127 ram, 750 gigahertz, 32-64 meg video card) then it will crash, and loading will take half an hour if it works at all.
