Phenomonal Racing Game (2006-01-21) I always loved Mario Kart so when it came to the GBA it was excited. And it is actually a Phenomonal game to play. With great graphics for the GBA and addictive gameplay this is a must have for the GBA and i'd recommend it any day. Also if you're looking for a good Mario Experience get YOSHI'S ISLAND, to me by far the best Mario/Yoshi game out there but for me in 2nd is Mario Kart Super Circut and i think it it is a Must have for the GBA.
All I can say is "Wow" (2003-06-13) This game is simply amazing. I got this game in like, September 2001 and I still play it toady. Heres my review: Graphics: 5/5Simply the best graphics out of any GBA game to date. Sound: 4.5/5Music is fine, but just that, fine. Control: 5/5Classic MK control is great. Using the L/R buttons is genious. Difficulty(easy, normal, hard, very hard): normalSome courses get very challenging, but thats the fun of it. Overall: 5/5Best racing game for GBA, and best Mario-themed game next to Super Mario World. Great for a long car ride, plane trip, or just for playing at home.
Definately one of the best games ever! (2003-06-11) I LOVE THIS GAME! Ever since I saw the first commercial for it, (at [local store]) I loved it. I was dying to have it. I ordered it over amazon the 4th day after it came out. Everyday I would wait for it to come. When it came, I must say that I wasn't disappointed in the least. I started out slow, but now I'm an expert. For all you racing fans, this is a must have. There are three difficulty levels: easy, medium, and hard (50cc, and so on.) There are 4 different cups you can start out with, each with 4 tracks. After you master each of these races, another cup (Special cup) will be unlocked. When you master that, more tracks are unlocked. Apart from gameplay, you can also do time trial and quick play. Time trial is a race against the clock. You can save your time and also record up to ten different ghost datas. (It may seem confusing, but if you play it, you will understand.) The goal is to get the best time possible and try to beat your old ghost/time. Quick run is my favorite option for practicing certain tracks. You pick one of the individual tracks to race on and just do a single race. The purpose of quick run is to practice and get better at racing a track. For each race you pick a character. There are three categories of characters: lightweight, heavyweight, and in between. I like the in between ones like yoshi and luigi. THIS IS A GREAT GAME! I recommend it to anyone.
